As a UX Research Assistant you will support our senior researchers across the full study lifecycle: recruiting participants, drafting discussion guides, moderating sessions, and synthesizing findings into decision-ready reports for product teams.
- Recruit and schedule research participants
- Draft discussion guides and screener surveys
- Moderate and take notes in usability sessions
- Synthesize findings into reports and highlight reels
- Maintain the research repository
- Coursework or project experience in UX research methods
- Strong writing and synthesis skills
- Comfort talking to users and moderating sessions
- Organized, detail-oriented working style
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus
