We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our core product team. You will work alongside senior designers and engineers to design flows, prototype ideas in Figma, and run lightweight usability tests. This is a high-mentorship role designed for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast.
- Design end-to-end flows for core product features in Figma
- Build interactive prototypes and iterate based on feedback
- Run usability tests and synthesize findings with the research team
- Contribute components to the Northwind design system
- Collaborate daily with engineers during implementation
- A portfolio showing 2–3 strong product design projects
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Understanding of user research basics and usability testing
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with responsive web design patterns
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
