Effective October 24, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Get That Role, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, or magnification. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. If something gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it or give you another way to do the same thing.
What we have done
- Every page has a main landmark, a skip link, a unique title and labelled navigation.
- All controls work with a keyboard: dialogs trap and return focus, menus and pickers open and close with the keyboard, the tracker board can be moved with arrow keys, and the code editor has an escape hatch.
- Text and interface colors meet the 4.5:1 and 3:1 contrast ratios, checked with automated tools on every page.
- Images have text alternatives or are marked decorative; icon-only buttons carry names.
- Forms have visible or screen-reader labels, and buttons say what they do.
- The camera and microphone are optional; every interview answer can be typed instead of spoken.
Known limitations
- Text fields are told apart from the page by a filled background rather than a border. If that is hard to see, the focus ring shows the field you are in.
- The mock interviewer speaks its questions; a transcript of each question is shown on screen.
- Some illustrations on the home page animate. They respect the reduce-motion setting of your system.
